Youth City Council is an interesting lesson of democracy, where pupils learn about practical rules of self-government. Thanks to the support of the local government, as well as involvement and activities of regional foundations and associations, educational chances could be  equalized. Pupils from poor families who are particularly gifted  have chances for scholarships and grants which  let them develop their passions.

One of the examples of combining education and entertainment is Gostyń City Game. It is an interesting way to gain knowledge of the town and the region. Not only children, but also adolescents and adults take part in this annual event.
