Recreation

Regardless of the season of the year, the inhabitants of Gostyń and their guests have huge possibilities to spend any free moment in an active way. Rich sports infrastructure and the landform are favourable for recreation.

In the sports complex, next to the stadium and football pitches, there is an indoor swimming pool with fitness facilities. You can swim and go to the gym or spa. There is also a wide offer of dancing and aerobics classes. In winter, you can take advantage of the skating rink and in summer – play indoor tennis. Forest routes and paths surrounding the centre encourage various forms of outdoor activities, such as cycling, running and Nordic walking.

Gostyń boasts one of the most modern 6-track bowling alleys in Poland, where  national and international tournaments are organized. Yet, the facilities bustle day-to-day as many people take part in competitions of amateur leagues for companies. In addition, the town has been constantly enriched by outdoor gyms and cycle lanes. Horse riding and equestrianism are also very popular.
