The Real Property Tax Exemption Programme has been introduced with entrepreneurs and investors in mind. Gostyń Gmina offers a 5-year tax holiday on real property owned by an entrepreneur who uses the property for production purposes.

In the Special Economic Zone near the Czachorowo village, the 5-year real property tax exemption pertains not only to real estate (buildings, structures), but also to the land purchased with the intention of expanding one's business.
